| Age Requirements: |
| Drivers under the age of 24 will be subject to an underage fee. Ages 18 - 20: $75.00/day. Ages 21 - 24: $45.00/day |
| Additional Drivers: |
| Additional drivers can be added on to a contract for a price of $3.00/day. (per additional driver) If an additional driver is under the age of 24 a fee will also be added to the contract (Ages 18 - 20: $75.00/day. Ages 21 - 24: $45.00/day). The additional drivers license must be present at the time of rental in order to be added on to the contract. |
| Driving Area Restrictions: |
| All rental rates and mileage allowances are based on travel in the United States East of the Mississippi River, if you plan on traveling outside this area we must be notified before hand. Travel in Ontario, Canada is also permitted. |
| Deposit Requirements: |
| A security deposit is required when picking up the vehicle. If the deposit is done by major credit card (Visa, M/C, Discover, and American Express)the security deposit equals the estimated total charges of the rental plus a $100.00 refundable deposit. We also accept debit cards with a major credit card label. The security deposit when done using a debit card equals the estimated total charges of the rental plus a $300. dollar refundable deposit. Cash deposits: We also accept cash deposits. In order to do a cash deposit three forms of verification are needed: 1) Proof of employment: A pay stub less than a month old. 2) Proof of bank account: A current bank statement within the last month, we can also accept a balance inquiry from an ATM machine with the ATM card present. 3) Verification of home address: A home phone bill is needed with the same address that is on your drivers license. The security deposit when using cash equals the estimated total charges of the rental plus a $300 refundable deposit. The minimum cash deposit is $500.00 |
| Shuttle Service: |
| We offer a shuttle service at no charge for pickup and drop-off at the Buffalo International Airport with a reservation. |
| Insurance Policies: |
| Physical Damage Waiver: Cars: $9.00 per day Vans, Trucks, SUV's $12.00 per day |

or loss to the rental vehicle. The purchase of optional vehicle protection is optional and may be declined. You are advised to
